There are many ways to travel to Miscellania and Etcetera; most involve travel there from Rellekka via the Sailor on boat. The Fremennik Trials quest must be completed in order to access Miscellania and Etcetera. Royal Trouble must be started in order to gain access to the Miscellania dungeon shops. Most of these methods involve getting to Rellekka and sailing via Sailor.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: walk to Rellekka from Camelot: This method is unnecessary due to better ways of travel.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: Fairy Rings: RuneScape players who have done the fairy tale quests now have access to fairy rings and these players can arrive in Miscellania without having to go through Rellekka. Dialing fairy code CIP will put the player by the coalmine, right by the Miscellania palace and market.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: Teleport to House: RuneScape players possessing a construction level of 30 can pay 10,000 RuneScape gold to the estate agent to move the house to Rellekka. The house portal is located a few steps south of Rellekka, so the sailor to Miscellania and Etcetera is a short distance. RuneScape players need to posess level 40 magic or must use a teletab to teleport.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: Lyre Teleport: RuneScape players who have the enchanted lyre can teleport, placing the player at Rellekka's south entrance. The lyre has a specific number of charges, when used up players must head southwest of Rellekka to enchant the lyre at Fossegrimen's altar. RuneScape players must offer a raw fish; raw shark obtains two charges, raw sea turtle obtains three, and raw manta ray obtains four charges. The player can charm Fossegrimen into accepting a raw bass instead of the shark with ring of charos equipped. If the player wears any Fremennik Sea Boots (reward from Fremennik Diary) the fish obtains two extra lyre charges to the lyre. The Fremennik Sea boots 2 and 3 can teleport to Rellekka daily once without a lyre and also allow the player to recharge the lyre without travel to Fossegrimen. This gives the yre a single charge.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: Keldagrim: Players can travel the mining carts to Keldagrim, then ferry via the dwarven boatman to come out the mountain east of Rellekka. Slow, but beats walking.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: Eagles: RuneScape players who have done the Eagle's Peak quest can travel to the hunter area by eagle north of Rellekka. Players have to walk all the way to the south gate; again a longer method of travel.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: Lunar Spells: RuneScape players with the Lunar Spellbook can use some of the teleports to reach a place close to Rellekka or a boat to Rellekka. Lunar Isle and Waterbirth Island teleports help the RuneScape player to get to Rellekka quickly.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: Spirit Tree: RuneScape players can farm a spirit tree in a spirit tree farming patch located in Etcetera and walk to Miscellania if needed. To grow the spirit tree, level 83 farming is required.
How to get to Miscellania and Etcetera: Games Necklace: Teleport to Barbarian Outpost, then cross the lighthouse agility rocks to the lighthouse. Then walk to Rellekka. This method involves a long walk and players failing the rocks take damage.
The fairy ring and spirit tree are the best methods, but require several difficult quests or a high farming level. So by using the various methods of travel, all RuneScape players can arrive in Miscellania and Etcetera efficiently.
