RuneScape: Ring of Kinship Magic Class Blazer Upgrade Guide
Blazer allows for a chance of dealing 50% extra magic damage when casting elemental spells. RuneScape players start out with a 5% chance of getting the 50% extra damage dealt to their opponent. The RuneScape player's chance of receiving the 50% boost increases by 5% every tier to max out at a 50% chance of inflicting the 50% damage.
RuneScape players will probably find the Blazer class as equally attractive as the Blitzer class as both classes amount to a similar magic increase. Blazer causes higher hits while Blitzer hits more often. Therefore, expect RuneScape players to go for the glamour of the high hits and upgrade Blazer.
