RuneScape Tip: Level One in All Ring of Kinship Classes Gives Most Bang for Least Buck

David Farrell
RuneScape players upgrading Ring of Kinship will find that, due to the increasing price of Dungeoneering tokens per level, it is wise to upgrade the lower levels in all useful ring of kinship classes as opposed to focusing on one class. RuneScape players will find the boost from nothing to the opening tier one often to be greater than the boosts between each tier.

See Ring of Kinship upgrades main guides hub page for links to useful related guides.

For melee, Tank opens up at 6% reduction and increases at 1% per upgrade. Tactician and Berserker do likewise, only they start out at a massive 11% compared to the 1% tier increase.

For ranged, Sniper and Keen Eye both make a jump to start out at 40% of their full potential at tier one, increasing by 6.67% potential each upgrade thereafter. Desperado starts out at 11% and increases 1% per tier line Tactician and Berserker.

For magic, only the middle ring of kinship class, Blaster, starts out at 40% of its potential and increases by the 6.67% each tier. Blazer and Blitzer, unlike all other ring of kinship upgrades, have a starting leap identical to the leap between each tier. RuneScape players will find upgrading these to tier two or even three more worthwhile because of that.

The skiller classes of Medic, Gatherer, and Artisan have identical sliding scales starting out at 40% of the full tier ten potential; in this case, at 20% for all three. The initial leap is far greater then the ensuing leaps. The runecrafting boost for multiple runes, however, jumps to 1% and gains an additional 1% per tier upgrade of the Artisan class.

Therefore, upgrading to class one in most cases enables the RuneScape player to reap almost half the potential benefits of most classes for a mere 135 tokens per class.
