To make the flour you will need to first have something to put it in. Pick up a pot in the castle or you can buy one at the general store. Then head out of the castle and take the path to the northwest. You are looking for a windmill and grain. You should see that there is a field full of grain just west of the windmill. Click on a section of Grain to harvest it and then head into the windmill. If the door is closed just click on it and it will open. Go up to the top floor, selecting to go up each ladder. When you get to the top floor you will then use your Grain on the hopper. To do this just click on the grain with your mouse and then click on the hopper. Then you will want to click on the option to operate the hopper. Next climb down the ladders selecting to go down each ladder until you reach the ground floor where you entered earlier. Use your Pot by selecting it and then clicking on the Flour.
Now you will want to gather some eggs. They can be found at the farm which is located just northeast of Lumbridge. You will need to cross the river by bridge in order to get to the farm. When you do arrive at the farm, there will be lots of chickens running around. You will find that there are some eggs near the chickens. Pick these up, if someone else gets to them first don't worry they will respawn in just a few minutes.
Lastly you will have to get milk. While you are still at the farm you will want to look inside of the house next to the chickens. Click on the door to open and look for a bucket. You will need this bucket to put your milk in, again if it isn't there just wait a few moments it will respawn in a few minutes. Exit and head east out the farm gates, if the gates are closed just click to open. You are now looking for cows. Once you locate the cows you will want to hover over each one of them. You are looking for one of them to be labeled as a dairy cow. Jagex has made it now so that no one can kill the dairy cow so you don't have to worry about people taking your milk source away. To get the milk just use the bucket with the dairy cow. If you look in your inventory now the bucket will be filled with milk.
Make sure you have all three ingredients, you cannot complete the quest if they are not in your inventory. Head back to the cook who is still in the kitchen at Lumbridge castle. Click on him to talk to him and finish the quest. The quest completion screen will pop up and you will be rewarded for your efforts. You will gain 1 quest point and 300 cooking experience points. Congratulations on completing this quest!
