Ryan Reynold's Decapition in X:Men Origins

Wolverine: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

The Good: Some of the best hard-line characters are in this movie. Wolverine and Sabretooth were well performed by their actors. Gambit was descent for a side character. I was a little nervous for Ryan Renyolds, but he did pull-off a somewhat descent Deadpool.

The Bad: Love story/twist was too much of a twist. It's like it was a twist just to have a twist.

The Good: Though this love story does explain Logan's infatuation with psychic women, being that this particular mistress had mutant persuasion/seduction powers. And she was a looker.

The Good: Some amazing special-effects. Especially when they're battling the recently mutated Deadpool on the Three-Mile Island nuclear plant. Deadpool just become a rockstar with those wrist-extended sabers and his new cyclops-laser vision. His decapitation was especially amazing to see as the beams just kept blazing as the head fell to the ground. Wolverine's boned blades were pretty creepy too, before they solidified his bone with metal.

The Ugly: Wolverine's claws upfront, especially in the bathroom mirror, were too cartoony.

The Good: It was cool to base a mutant battle at a real event where the Three Mile Nuclear power plant almost melted down. Great alternative to history as an epic mutant battle ground. I also liked the montage of Wolverine and Sabretooth fighting throughout America's greatest wars such as the Civil War, The Great War, World War II, and Vietnam. Good flick overall. Much better than The Last Stand.
