Kruger National Park is one of South Africa's most visited and amazing places to spend your next vacation. Photographic Safari's are one of the most exciting experiences of a lifetime. One of Kruger National Parks greatest areas to visit is the Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve. We booked our photo safari 8 months in advance so that we could not only get the best price but the best location to view and photograph some of Africa's Big Five.

After much investigation we chose the Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve for our South African destination. Located in Kruger National Park Sabi Sabi Game Reserve provided us with a once in a lifetime vacation.

Sabi Sabi Game Reserve has four luxurious lodges for their guests to experience.

Earth Lodge is Sabi Sabi's environmentally sensitive lodge and offers incomparable, luxury for Sabi Sabi guests who choose this lodge for their stay. With 12 suites and a presidential Amber suite it is necessary to reserve early for a stay at the Earth Lodge. Each suite is attended by a personal butler and secluded plunge pool with outdoor shower, all furnishings within the suites are individually made from indigenous trees which were uprooted during the 2000 floods. Sabi Sabi Earth Lodge serves excellent cuisine, which is centered around a unique wine cellar. Along with daily photo safaris guests can relax with spa treatments, relax in the library, art gallery and a Zen garden.

Bush Lodge is a classic all-suite lodge which features arm African textures and wooden furnishings. Located in the heart of the Bushveld the Bush Lodge has restful and appealing decks that overlook the local waterhole where many of this Private Game Reserves animal residents come to drink and enjoy communal activities. With 25- suites at Bush Lodge the lodge is casual and gives a sense of complete comfort and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the décor, pools, spa, and wonderful local cuisine while learning of the ways of the animals that frequent the water hole and the entire surrounding area of Kruger National Park.

Little Bush Camp is hidden along the banks of the Msuthu River. Little Bush Lodge has all the warmth and vibrancy of the Bush Lodge but is a little more secluded and intimate for guests who choose this lodge for their visit. Suites are fully equipped with contemporary African design and have air-conditioning, indoor and outdoor showers and complete in-suite bathrooms. Little Bush Camp suites also have a private viewing deck and thatched roofs.

Selati Camp is built-in the character of the Gold rush era from the 1880. With old world charm and new world comfort Selati makes a great destination for visitors to Kruger National Park. Nighttime at Selati Camp finds guests eating and relaxing under oil lamps and candlelight. Only 8 chalets are available at Selati Camp so making reservations in advance for the Selati Camp is a must. Selati Camp is right in the middle of a natural animal migration path and ensures that guests experience Africa as it was and always will remain.

Great articles. I hope all your readers decide to give South Africa a go. The big parks and smaller private reserves are worth all they cost. I wish we could close all zoos and have only large game parks.
