The Center has a growing schedule of classes available in: Yoga, Tai Chi, Yo-Pi, Zumba and Prenational Voga. and offers massage and bodywork. The Center is focused on intergrating body, mind and sprit. There is a growing varity of serviceds to suit eveyone reguardless of age, gender, body type or fitness level. Some of the expanding list of body work techniques include: Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Tai Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki and Enegry Healing. Body work is priced at $60 and hour. 30 minute seesion at $35, 90 minute sessions are $90, and 1 hour couple massage are $120.
