Many of you know Pauline Dolinski as one of our best travel writers. She's been an integral part of the AC community and was a Featured Contributor in Travel. For those of you who don't know her, you can visit her profile here, at Pauline Dolinski.
Pauline responded to my pm on March 6th stating that things are not well with her. She was diagnosed with breast cancer about a year ago, and things weren't going well. She said the prognosis was not good and she was managing one day at a time but not expected to do well.
Pauline thanked me for checking in on her and she did say that she was still reading our articles, but not able to write.
I immediately responded to her email with support and well wishes but have not heard from her since then.
I wasn't sure if any of you knew about Pauline's condition and I'm a little uncomfortable writing this but I wanted the AC community to send her some positive thoughts and prayers in the hopes that it will brighten her day.
I am hoping that Pauline is still reading our articles and that she knows how much she is missed here on AC. Positive thoughts and prayers can go a long way.
