Safety 1st Cozy Inflatable Tub Review

I Loved It!

My son, who is currently 20 months old, is a fan of bath time and always has been. Although he recently started taking baths in the bathtub without the aid of a toddler bath we have used a baby bath as well as a bath for toddlers. The bath that he used as an infant was the Safety 1st Comfy Duck Bath Center and the bath that he used after he was too big to take a bath in the kitchen sink was the Cozy Inflatable Tub by Safety 1st, an inflatable toddler bath. Here is what I thought about the toddler bath.

The Cozy Inflatable Tub was easy enough to set up, all you needed to do was inflate in once. Amazingly I don't remember being that out of breath when I was done either. The size was perfect, just a little half of the bathtub was taken up. I didn't actually get the Cozy Inflatable Tub until my son turned one, it was a birthday gift, but I would have liked to have been using something like it for several months before. I would guess that you could put this toddler bath to good use for at least a year, even longer if you didn't want to bathe your baby in the sink.

It had a tab so you could easily hang it up to dry, we put a plastic hanger through the tab and hung it on our shower rod. I was amazed at how well it was made, as there were a couple of instances when my son was teething and decided to bite down on the side of his bath and we took it with us a number of times so we would have a bath for him when we went to Grandma's.

The only reason that we stopped using it was because my son began crawling out into the bathtub, and after about a week of this happening every time I gave him a bath I decided that it was time to start giving him baths in the big bathtub. The Cozy Inflatable Tub is still hanging up in our bathroom, as I think that it still may come in handy and it is in as good as condition as it was when we first got it.

I don't know how well this bath would work for bathing a baby that couldn't sit up but I would certainly recommend the Cozy Inflatable Tub to anyone that wanted an inexpensive and durable toddler bath.
