Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent Review
Can a Store Brand Dishwashing Detergent Clean as Well as a Name Brand?
Safeway Automatic Dish washing Detergent is available in a forty five ounce box for $2.49. Occasionally this product is available for even cheaper. I have bought this Safeway Automatic Dish washing Detergent for as low as $1.99 when it is on sale. Calgon or SunLight Automatic Dishwashing Detergent are fine products that are exceptional at cleaning dishes in the dishwasher without residue or streaks. However, these popular brands are frequently more expensive at full price. Why spend more money than you have to for a comparable product that effectively cleans dishes and silverware?
Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent is used in the same manner as other dishwashing detergents. You simply follow your dishwasher's normal operating instructions and fill the dishwasher's cups completely with Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent. Being sure to load the dishwasher correctly to ensure effective performance,(which I still can not manage to get my husband to do after twelve years of marriage) you then turn it on and wait for the the cycles to complete. Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent delivers clean and sanitized dishes and silverware at a savings.
Depending on whether you have hard or soft water in your home, you may need to use more or less Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent to obtain desired results. If necessary, run a small load at first to test the optimum amount of detergent necessary for your needs. Whether your water properties necessitate you needing more or less Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent, I am confident you will find this product to be cost effective and high quality.
Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent is available at all Safeway stores, including Genuardis. I have been using Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent for more than five years and have never had an unsatisfactory dishwashing experience. I purchase the lemon scented variety, but Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent also comes in regular, non scented formula. Safeway Automatic Dishwashing Detergent gets an enthusiastic five star review from this Mom who needs her dishes clean and needs to cut costs wherever she can.

Sounds like a winner! It's nice to know an inexpensive product works.
Great review. I wish we had a Safeway :(
Great review. Now that we've moved to Houston, there are no Safeway stores. When we were in Denver, they were around, but sparse. Kroger and Wal-Mart have pretty much taken over Houston and I see the same thing happening in Denver as well. LOL
Good info...i love generic products that work!
Great review. Thanks for the info.
I haven't seen a Safeway in about 20 years.
I love store brands. My favorite automatic dishwashing detergent is the Target brand, which I think works better than Cascade.
Safeway reminds me of childhood but they've seemed to be gobbled up by larger conglomerates here.
We don't have Safeways around here. Good review though!
