I buy this at my Safeway grocery store and because it's a store brand item I get a great deal on it as well. It is packaged in a 2.5 ounce box that's green in color and has a big red cup of hot cocoa on the front of the box as well as the back.
When you purchase this product you'll receive eight individual packs per box. You'll get one pack of mix and add it to your hot water. With this cup serving you'll get 25 calories. There is no total fat inside this hot cocoa and you'll grab 1 gram of protein with drinking each serving.
There is four grams of sugar per serving and less than 1 gram of fiber inside. This hot cocoa does have 120 milligrams of sodium inside and 5 grams of carbohydrates. I love the fact that I can get 30 % of my Calcium with each serving and 2% of iron with this product.
Some of the ingredient's you'll find in this great tasting hot cocoa is nonfat dry milk, some cocoa, artificial flavors, salt and calcium carbonate. Check with the company for more information of the ingredients or nutritional value if you wish.
This reasonably priced hot cocoa is distributed by Safeway as well as packaged and made by them. There address is Safeway Inc, P.O.Box 99, Pleasanton, CA 94566 or you may wish to phone them at 1-888-SAFE WAY or you can log onto their web site at www.safeway.com.
Have this cocoa any time you want a warm treat in the winter or for those summer nights outside under the stars. We enjoy taking this product along with us on our camping trips. The kid's especially enjoy having the hot cocoa when we make smores around the fire.
You don't have to feel guilty any longer with drinking hot cocoa. Now thanks to Safeway we can still enjoy the great taste of hot cocoa without all the guilt. The fat free version did not change the great taste of the original at all.
Grab a box the next time you are at your Safeway and find out for yourself that the fat free version never changes the great amazing taste your use to drinking with the original. I can personally state my family and myself buy this weekly and we add variety sometimes by placing marshmallows inside our cocoa.
