This twenty two ounce frozen pizza costs only $3.99. Compared to other brands and varieties in the frozen foods section of the grocery store, this is definitely a terrific price. To feed a family of four, two pizzas would definitely need to be purchased. Even at doubling the price, this is still less expensive than ordering a fresh pizza from a local pizzeria.
Preparation of this frozen dinner is quite simple. After heating the oven to four hundred and twenty five degrees, the pizza is removed from the outer carton and cellophane wrapping and placed directly on the oven rack. The pie is then baked for twelve to fourteen minutes. The crust should be nicely browned and the cheese melted to a lovely golden color before removing from the oven.
A one fifth serving of this pizza contains two hundred and fifty calories. There is ten grams of Fat, with four grams from Saturated Fat. Each serving also contains twenty five milligrams of Cholesterol and six hundred and thirty milligrams of Sodium. Additionally, twenty nine grams of Total Carbohydrate, two grams of Dietary Fiber and four grams of Sugar is consumer per serving. Luckily, there is a bit of positive content in this frozen dinner as well. Ten percent of the daily recommended value of Vitamin A, fifteen percent of Vitamin C, ten percent of Calcium, ten percent of Iron and twelve grams of Protein is gained from enjoying a portion of this frozen pizza.
The best part of this frozen pie is the delicious Cajun flavored chicken. The chunks of meat are tasty and plentiful on every slice. The pie is loaded with green peppers that have a smoky, fire roasted flavoring. There are tons of red onions as well. A nice layer of taco sauce, a blend of cheeses and dollops of sour cream complete the fajita theme. All flavors and spices work well together and are definitely pleasing to the fan of the Mexican treat. My family and I definitely enjoyed this convenient and tasty meal.
Safeway Select Fajita Style Chicken Ole Pizza gets a full five star food rating. The price is fabulous, the preparation is a cinch and the taste far surpasses those of many other varieties of frozen dinners I have tried. I would absolutely not hesitate to purchase this product again in the future.

Post a CommentNo Safeway here anymore. Too bad, because I really did like their "house brand" groceries.
Great review. Thanks!
