Sagittarius Gardening and Food

November 23 to December 21

Sagittarius ends the fall and is partial to plants that grow bigger. Ruled by Jupiter, the largest planet in the solar system, Sagittarius will prefer larger plants.

Sagittarius Gardening

Plants that grow tall such as beans and peas that climb will tantalize your soul. Sunflowers will surely find a place in the garden, as well as corn and okra. Fondness of action and the outdoors makes plants that spread out and seem wild and free excite you. Cucumber, cantaloupe, sweet potato vines and grape vineyards can be found on or near the Sagittarius garden. Azaleas, rhododendrons and rosemary can be found in and around the yard.

Sagittarius Food

Always in the mood for something new and adventurous, the fiery nature of Sagittarius leads them to hot and spicy foods with bold flavors featuring cloves, curry and garlic. They are also fond of fig trees and the color blue. Dinner at the home of Sagittarius might include antipasto platter as appetizer, Goulash soup, Salmon Fillets, warm celery salad and spiced lentils, Middle Eastern rice, fettuccine boscalota, with blueberry muffins for dessert. Popcorn is your regular snack.

Sagittarius Personality

Sagittarians possess a natural exuberance, sense of adventure and love of life that makes them one of the most optimistic zodiac signs of all. They are renowned for aiming their sights towards whatever it is they find alluring and making it their own. They believe that anything is possible and are adept at seeking out and finding their very own pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Sometimes trying to tie down these free-spirited individuals is frustrating for those around them. Sagittarians are happiest on the move, exploring new cultures and ideas and many are attracted to occupations related to travel, the media, outdoor work and philosophical pursuits. In a relationship their motto is "don't fence me in", but once having found a partner that understands their need to retain their own sense of self and identity, a Sagittarius can be the most generous and fun-loving companion of all.

Freedom loving, optimistic and honest, they have an inherent need to develop their own unique philosophy of life. Although they are intellectually and spiritually advanced, Sagittarians are notorious for their lack of tact. In relationships they demand independence, but when in love, it cannot be denied that they are one of the most big-hearted signs of the zodiac.

The life pursuit is "to live the good life" and secret desire is "to make a difference in the world".
