The Disney Wonder has ten-decks devoted to fun for all ages. Even though there is so much to do you that you never need to leave the ship, be sure to make time for your two days at Castaway Cay.
A private island owned by Disney, Castaway Cay, offers the perfect tropical setting for your family to enjoy. Once you are at Castaway Cay you will find separate areas for families, children, and adults. This little island paradise offers more than just seagulls and sandcastles. Spend the day participating in one of the many activities; from water sports to a day excursion to the Atlantis Resort.
Cruises are known to offer an abundance of food and Disney's Wonder is no exception. There are three main restaurants that you can rotate through nightly. Or if you prefer a more causal setting stop by one of the many locations that offer quick-service dining. These food venues are scattered among the ship and offer everything from burgers to pizza and a plethora of snacks. Many quick-service dining areas are open 24-hours a day.
On board the Wonder the children will stay entertained with dance parties, movies, stage shows, and themed events such as Ratatouille-style cooking classes.
There are ample spots for the littlest of travelers to cool off on the ship. Disney's Wonder has two child-friendly pools for the children to enjoy. For those too little to fully enjoy the water slides at the pool, let them splash around in the Splash Zone Play Area. This area is especially designed for the youngest little cruisers. Here they will be able to cruise around on a soft service and enjoy intermittent spouts of cool water through a variety of spray fountains.
Do you need a moment away from the children to rejuvenate? Children as young as three-months can be cared for at Flounder's Reef Nursery. This nursery is complete with age appropriate toys, baby swings, crafts, and story time. For those visiting during their nap time Flounder's Reef Nursery offers the use of crib.
After having so much fun on Disney Wonder's 5-Night Bahamian Cruise you will not want your vacation to end. Considering adding even more magic to your cruise by booking a stay at the Walt Disney World Resorts at the end of your cruise (this option is also available to kick off your cruise).
