Sailing in Emotion

Stephanie R. Barry
When times are bad, you sit back and you wonder, who's really wishing you Well. It's as if your closest friends are praying for your failure so they can be comfortable with themselves as your friend.

They have always been an enemy faking to be your friend, wishing with every blessing you receive that you have a ton of destruction in the midst. Just asking God to bring you storms. So ?They hide behind the veil in hopes and prayer of your destruction. They want to see you eaten alive without despair but constantly say "I am your friend" when truly they are not. You can feel the dragon in their breath, the murder wish of you in their eyes and the prayer of destroy in their hearts, but they are your friend.

You also have strangers who come to you as if they want to help only to find they have their own arterial motive. They want to fix you and make you regret you ever lived. You cannot even enjoy them as a new experience because you can see evil in their eyes and they leave their scent of evil. You can smell it when they are no longer around. You ask yourself, Why I am I sailing with all of these emotions? I see that I can't trust my old friends but I can't begin to trust any that's trying to be new. You realize you are on your own and you can't trust a soul old or new.

Sailing in Emotions.
