Salad Dressing Recipe in a Cup

Quick and Easy Salad Dressing Recipe with Ingredients You Have on Hand

Barbie Crafts
Here is a quick and easy salad dressing recipe you can whip up in a coffee mug. The ingredients are probably sitting in your refrigerator right now.

No preparation time

You can make this salad dressing right when you are sitting down to eat your lunch. No preparation is necessary, and it doesn't even need to chill in the refrigerator. The ingredients are already cold.

You can't bottle it

There is just something about a fresh salad dressing. The ranch dressing craze in the early 1980's got us all acquainted with what a fresher salad dressing tasted like, and then they bottled it. Do you remember when you had to mix the buttermilk, mayonnaise, and little packet to get ranch dressing? We would mix it in an old mason jar, and it tasted so good. There is no comparison between bottled and fresh, no matter what flavor you use.

Grab a coffee mug

Get started and in a just a minute you will have a delicious salad dressing. I used a little mini-whisk, but you can use a fork. Use a pretty mug, it just tastes better that way!

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise: 2 Tablespoons
Milk: 2 Tablespoons
Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 Tablespoon
Sugar: 1 Tablespoon
Parsley flakes: 1 teaspoon
Onion powder: 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix, Mix, Mix, and EAT!

Excellent idea! I like the mug idea. You can just grab one and make it and serve it at the table from the mug with a spoon. Nice.
