Sally Hansen's Lacquer Shine Nail Color: Nail Polish that Just Won't Quit!

D. E. Stone
I am not a nail polish woman. I find painting my nails to be messy and too time-consuming, and going out to get manicures expensive. It seems like every time I do paint my nails, something happens within the space of a few hours to ruin them. Indeed, most polishes chip off on me within 24 hours.

Not so with Sally Hansen's Lacquer Shine nail color. I bought this polish at my local grocery store for $5.39. I chose the color Dazzling, a bright red hue with a lot of shine. I was needing a pick me up. I got home, and had a pleasant enough time painting them.

The acrylic seemed to dry within the average amount of time, about 15 minutes. Amazingly, I did not smudge a single nail. So far, so good. Since I work a lot with my hands, I was not expecting the paint job to last for long.

This is where Sally Hansen's products rock. The color truly was dazzling, and I had many people notice and comment on my nails. And, the polish did not have a single chip in it for 6 Days! I have never had a polish last so long, not even professional jobs. Heck, my wedding nail color didn't last that long! It truly was a treat to go through a whole working week with nice-looking nails. I only had applied two coats.

At the grocery store, there were many awesome colors to choose from, and this particular brand of polish seemed to be on the vibrant side, which I like. Sometimes I opt for a subtle french manicure or a pale color, but since I don't do it up very often, I usually go for bright colors. I think, sassy, funky colors are very youthful. They had reds, corals, even a purplish black! I'm definitely getting that one for Halloween!

By the way, I did my toes, also, and they are still going strong. Upon visiting Sallyhansen.com, I found that they have hundreds of nail colors, and even some you cannot find in stores. They also have fun sweepstakes and promotions. I would recommend this polish to anyone. It's cheap, easy to find, comes in cool colors and worth your time! You can't beat this deal.
