Salon Review: Tribeca Hair Salon in Orange County

It was the day of the Marine Corps Ball and I was panicking because I couldn't find a salon to get my hair and makeup done. I called several salons in Orange County but they we're either booked or they won't be able to do my hair until 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Well we had to leave for the ball by 4 o'clock in the afternoon so that place was out of the question.

I actually left a message for Tribeca Hair Salon the night before. I just had to try but I wasn't getting my hopes up because it's always impossible to get an appointment for hair and makeup for the same day. Then they called me at 11 o'clock on the morning telling me that they might be able to squeeze me in around 2 o'clock in the afternoon for both hair and makeup. You have no idea how ecstatic I was.

I've never been to this place before but I did check out their website and it seemed like a very reputable place so off I went. When I arrived there, the place was very clean! The receptionist welcomed be and offered me a drink right when I walked in the door. I have never asked that before when stepping inside a salon. But i did decline. They had upbeat music playing and had televisions around to entertain their customers. They receptionist had me wait at a waiting area where they had very comfortable couches and magazines. I waited about ten minutes and they showed me inside. Once I sat down, my hairstylist offered me a drink once again. I said yes this time and she asked me if I wanted coffee, soda, or wine. What place would offer you that? None that I know of.

It took about an hour and a half to two hours to get my hair and makeup done. They did exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be any happier. I received so many compliments that night and was asked who did my hair and makeup. Of course, i recommended the Tribeca Hair Salon. How could I not? The prices at this salon aren't bad. I only spent about $110 for hair and makeup and they did a great job.
