Sam and Max Save the World takes the seminal episodic computer adventure game and brings it to the Xbox 360. While the transition is utterly faithful to the original, there are additions to the game such as Achievements for completing episodes. Thus, while most of the Achievements are easy to come by, there are a few that are sure to leave players scratching their heads. Here is how you can get those elusive extra Achievements in episodes 2, 4, 5 and 6.

In Episode 2, when Mr. Featherly comes in to question you about the cow, you need to generate six separate disguises for the bovine. Use the shaving cream in your inventory and the cow becomes "my aging uncle Griswold." Placing the plate on the animal will generate "a saint" and "a circus performer." Finally, the lampshade will give you "Abraham Lincoln," "The Prince of Upper Thrombosis," and the correct choice of "our chef." To switch between the costumes and earn

In Episode 4, when Max becomes president he gains the executive privilege of being able to change the date on the calendar. Select Easter and after the dialogue, head off to the lawn. In the golf hole with the 9 flag, you can find an Easter Egg which, while useless, is required for this Achievement.

In Episode 5, when the game shifts over to text adventure style you will gain a +2 sword and slicing and dicing anything you can find will net you an Achievement. Use it on Max, the Internet, and Respect for Living Things in the starting area first. You can then use it on Bosco's to the East and Corporate Presence Down from the starting area. The Northwest has the most items to chop with Overly Cute Kittens, Nauseating Lake, Jewel-Encrusted Idol, and a Rare Foil Card.

Finally, in Episode 6, you need to listen (that means no skipping dialogue with the B button) to all of the comments characters will make about your unicorn. While you're still on the Moon's Surface, talk to Max, Superball outside the Blister of Tranquility, and Harry by the gift shop. Back on Earth, see Sybil in her office, Jimmy Two-Teeth before you unbend the bent parking meter, and then Bosco in his shop. Back in the main room of the Blister of Tranquility, speak to Lincoln (even if he won't say anything), C.O.P.S. near the entrance, and Philo Pennyworth at the far right. After the Great Blissification, speak to the Crystal in the upper room and during the final puzzle Hugh Bliss will also comment on the unicorn.
