San Francisco is know for being trendy and artsy. So it is no wonder that it is one of only five locations worldwide to have the trendy and artsy Supper Club.

The Supper Club is located at 657 Harrison Street, San Francisco, California in the SOMA neighborhood. The other Supper Club locations are Amsterdam, Istanbul, Los Angeles and London. While most anything goes in San Francisco I hear that the Amsterdam and London Supper Club are even crazier then the San Francisco version.
The Supper Club is not for everyone. It is certainly not for kids. It might not even be for conservative adults. The best single word to describe the Supper Club is Bohemian. The Supper Club has its own philosophy even and I am fine with a restaurant and bar having a philosophy of having good food or something along those lines but the Supper Club has a full fledged Bohemian philosophy behind it.

While the philosophy behind the Supper Club is anything goes and you get involved and try new things they actually do not make anyone get involved who does not want to. So while joining in performance art is encouraged it is not required. Lots of people would probably be turned off if they pushed participation.

Supper Club is an experience. Supper Club is not some beat poet in a quiet coffee house. Supper Club is very vibrant, alive, and trendy. Supper Club is lots of things at once. for example it is an avante guard art studio but its a bar. Calling it a club may be the best way to describe it in which case it is one of the wildest and craziest clubs you will ever go to.

They have different Djs, Vjs, performers and more at various times so it is never the same experience. Supper Club is expensive but it is what you would expect for a trendy place in a world class city and when you look at what you get for the price it is a good deal.

It can be hard to explain what the Supper Club is. You really have to go see it for yourself to understand. However I must warn you that the Supper Club is not for everyone. If you are shy, quiet, or very conservative then the Supper Club is not the place for you.
