Sandra Bullock Accepts "Troop's Choice" Award in Los Angeles (Video)

Sandra Bullock Makes Her First Public Appearance Since Cheating Scandal

If you've ever had doubts about the class of Sandra Bullock, you can lay them to rest now. The woman has class. Loads of it. Which makes her marriage to tattooed bad boy, Jesse James, even more compelling for a lot of us.

But, then, Sandra Bullock also has a heart and she clearly doesn't judge a book by its' cover, which is yet even more indication that she's all class. I'm certain Jesse James is just short of pulling his own fingernails out over losing this one. But, time continues to march on, even after divorce and Sandra Bullock certainly appears to be doing just that.

Since the gawdawful cheating scandal busted wide open earlier this year, Sandra Bullock has been spotted out and about with her new baby son, Louis Bardot Bullock in New Orleans and Austin, Texas. But, other than a few sneaky pap shots, she has been seriously MIA.

That is, until this weekend, when she appeared, fittingly, at Spike TV's Annual Guy's Choice Awards in Los Angeles. Sandra was nominated for and won the "Troop's Choice" award, which makes perfect sense since she is without question, America's sweetheart.

Sandra received a well-deserved standing ovation when she came out to receive her award, presented by Robert Downey, Jr. Clearly a message being sent that Jesse James may not have "had her back" as she once lovingly thought of him, but, the guy's who nominated her for the "Troop's Choice Award" surely do.

Sandra is also scheduled to make an appearance at the MTV Music Awards where she will accept the "Generation Award." I suspect that Sandra will receive yet another standing ovation, which she rightly deserves. Any woman who can field those kinds of fly balls and remain standing deserves every round of applause, accolade and award that comes her way.

The Annual Guy's Choice Awards will air on June 20th, but you can catch a sneak peek here.

Jesse James is such a lowlife... Eeeuch. How did he ever con her into marriage? (Malina, I lo-ve your innovation with "knoshe" even it's just a typo! Since English always develops at the speed of light let's have KnoI, knohe, knoher, knowe, knoyou and knothey as well. They're great. :-)

Hey Malina, I understand about the brain working faster than the fingers sometimes. :) I guess I've never thought of the resemblance with Jackie-O. A little bit maybe?

    Courageous woman!

Sorry Magnolia. But my brain works so much faster than my hands. My comment should read "You know, I understand she is not even close to being compared to Jackie O, but do you see a resemblance?"
