My Freedom Dream

Orchiolum
SANIBEL

I dreamed of a place where sinners were free,
where believers resembled the dead.
I dreamed of a time when all Gods were entombed
and we believed in each other instead.

I dreamed of a place beyond their dark star,
beside the Sanibel Sea,
where believers and all their Gods were entombed,
where my brothers and I walked free.

A nice twist on the Heaven belief structure. These lines are fantastic: "I dreamed of a time when all Gods/ were entombed/and we believed in each other instead."
