Sanjaya Comes at You Fast!
American Idol Contestant, Sanjaya Malakar, Will Star in an Upcoming Commercial for Nationwide!
Sanjaya Malakar was seventh place on American Idol's sixth season in 2007. Because he was in the Top 10, he was featured at the American Idols Live concerts last summer. Sanjaya sported red pants during his solo performance where he sang "The Way You Make Me Feel" originally recorded by Michael Jackson in 1987. Sanjaya also had a duet with Melinda Doolittle and they sang "Proud Mary." It was evident at the concerts last summer that Sanjaya can impress a crowd with his stage presence and dance moves. He even busted out a smooth moonwalk. Despite controversy about his singing ability and prepubescent fans, many recognize his handsome voice and belong to a diverse fan base. At the concerts, those dressed in orange (the official Fanjaya color) were of many ages and backgrounds...and not all of them were female.
Excited for the commercial? Fanjayas are, and they hope to see more from Sanjaya in the future.

Post a CommentSome good comments are being erased from you tube about Sanjayas commercial..I saw a wonderful comment on there for Sanjaya and now it is gone. That Blake is too busy doing honery things,he needs to focus on his own career ,and stop trying to sabatoge someone else's ! One of these days he will probably get caught and humiliate himself, but then maybe Blake is just a soulless robot !
Please be careful, when you insult his Mother, you insult Sanjaya. They are obviously a special light filled family. She is learning, just as he.I I imagine she wants so bad to monitor, because Simon started a barage of unkind comments. Cruel people got on the band wagon to copy, ,even his commarades like soulless Blake!
I am very happy to hear Sanjaya is working hard on "exciting things" but why the mystery? Don't the fans deserve to be at least somewhat in the loop about what he's working on so we know what to look forward to? Is that asking too much? The guessing games are getting old :(
Where did all the comments go?

"his momma does her best and sanjaya is a very good boy so she raised him right"
This comment is all kinds of wrong. I am just going to leave it at that. Hi Jill
lmao funny stuff here! sanjaya is worth waiting for so whether he does something soon or a year from now, i don't care. as long as he does what comes from his heart thats what matters most. i agree with some of you. not all of you lmao. omg some of this stuff is krazzie. jenny, are u the same chic from idf who bragged about flying to new zeland to buy sanjaya gifts last summer? if so whoah that's creepy. u need help girly. his momma does her best and sanjaya is a very good boy so she raised him right. we fanjayas do what we do, keep waiting and wishing our boy da best cuz he deserves it. hes def something special.
Please do not insult Sanjayas Mom, this has all been very fast for her too.She did an excellent job of breeding Sanajaya, but she was not skilled how to develop a Star. The Malakar family is winging it,taking lots of advice, but her main goal I iimagine is to protect her son. Just hope she also lets Sanjaya listen to his gut instinct, as that is what started this phenomenon with his ponyhawk. She said no,he said yes, and the rest is history. I hope his management stays focused on the US, and not keep flying him everywhere else.Management needs to move super fast and utilize Sanjayas youth and innocense quickly on TV ....as that is where and why the US became enamoured with him.To the powers that be plese...speed it up!!!!
Some video blogs, myspace updates, or something straight from Sanjaya would be great....I know he must be busy and I'm excited for the commercial, but hopefully he will get online. He could even post on Daze here and there or stop by the Daze chat for 5 min.
LOL
I personally think Blake and Sanjaya should do a duet. I would buy it
