12 oz whipped cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup colby, longhorn or cheddar cheese - shredded finely
4 peppers chipotle peppers - canned in adobo sauce - finely chopped
3 garlic cloves - minced
1/4 cup scallions - green tops only - minced
1/4 cup clantro - fresh - finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp tequila (optional)

Combine Cheeses and Liquid Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, sour cream. shredded cheese, hot sauce, honey and tequila. Mix until smooth.

Add Chipotles, Scallions, Garlic, Cilantro and Garlic Powder
Mix until smooth. Serve with chips, vegetables or crackers.
