The Sanyo VPC-CA102 waterproof camcorder shoot video in full HD 1080, 60i at a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It records in MPEG-4 format for easy sharing. The camcorder offers a lens range between 40mm and 240mm and 12x dual range zoom when shooting video.

The Sanyo VPC-CA102 can take high-resolution digital photos up to 14 megapixels. The camcorder offers a wide angle lens range between 38mm and 190mm for pictures. The high-speed sequential shooting mode is useful when taking action shots too. The unit features 5x optical zoom in photo mode.
Monitor
The Sanyo VPC-CA102 waterproof camcorder is fitted with a 2.7-inch wide LCD monitor. You can flip the monitor as well as rotate it up to 285 degrees. This is useful when you're trying to shoot video in restricted spaces.
Water
The Sanyo VPC-CA102 camcorder is waterproof. Therefore, you can use it to take pictures and videos while underwater. It is safe to submerge the unit in up to ten feet of water.
Operation
The Sanyo VPC-CA102 camcorder has a digital image stabilizer so your videos and photos turn out less blurry and with less noise. The unit also has face detection technology. It can detect up to 12 faces and adjust the lighting and focus accordingly.
Design
The Sanyo VPC-CA102 has a mini-HDMI port so you can connect the camcorder to your TV to watch videos. You can also use the USB 2.0 port to attach the unit to your computer. SD, SDHC, and SDXC memory card can also be used for storage and transfer purposes.
The Sanyo VPC-CA102 waterproof camcorder can shoot high-quality photos up to 14 megapixels. The 2.7-inch wide LCD monitor swivels for convenience when shooting in restricted areas. You can also safely submerge the camcorder in up to ten feet of water.
