We like to go to the Green Market in Boca Raton on week ends. Originally we stopped in to buy their homemade breads but as soon as we walked inside the Saquella Cafe we were surrounded by the most incredibly delicious smells. This cafe offers delectable pastries as well as breads. It's not just a bakery. You can also get breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

Saquella has gorgeous outside seating both on the veranda enclose in wrought iron fencing. You can people watch as you eat. There is a side garden where you can be surrounded by Bougainvillea and blossoming Gardenia plants. For a romantic atmosphere this cannot be beat. The whole area is charming and this doesn't stop at Saquella's door.

They serve breakfast all day. You can have a simple baked bread and croissant basket with Dutch butter and home made Jam for $4.99 or "Andiamo" which means breakfast on the go. You get a light homemade Brioche or a whole wheat croissant. For a full breakfast there are eggs, wraps, Salmon Benedict Andi, Bagels and wonderful roasted coffees and Cappucinos. These range from $6.99 to $7.99 or with the simple bagel it's only $2.49.

You can get Breakfast a la carte which consist of huge omelets or waffles. Simple fare is $5.99 for fruits and yogurt. The other meals are between $5.99 and $7.99.

This is a perfect place for an amazing brunch perhaps with their Italian Prosecco Mimosa ($5.00). The Italian Feat as a brunch consists of fresh squeezed Orange juice, or a hot drink. You have your choice of Omelette with up to two toppings, your bread basket, the Croissant with butter and jam, a variety of imported and domestic cheeses and a homemade Antipasto platter . This is $11.99 per person.

Ther is a typical children's menu served with juice or Italian soda, chips and a huge homemade cookie for $6.79

Lunch can be sandwiches on Ciabatta or Baguette or try the Whole Wheat Tuscan or Three Cheese bread. All their breads are home made. They say they offer the best breads in town and this is absolutely true. You can also get a Gyro Pannini. Lunch runs $7.99 to $11.99. You can get a fish lunch special and Veggie, Turkey or Ham flat bread sandwich ($7.49) served with pickle, salad or roasted sweet potatoes.

There are several wonderful salads, Saquella Gorgonzola, Citrus Grilled Chicken and more that run in the $10 to $11.00 range.

Dinner items include Sesame Crusted Tuna, Grilled Grouper or Blackened Teryiaki Salmon filet that will run up to $14.95. They have a little motto "Every plate is made with passion and pride".

You can get all day long before dinner appetizers like a Proscioutto/Roast Beef platter ($11.99) or any number of Antipasto.

After is only one calorie!

They are open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 pm Monday through Wednesday and7:00 a.m until 11:00 p.m Thursday through Saturday. Sunday hours are 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The kitchen closes one hour before closing time.

They also cater.

The bakery has what is probably the best items I've ever tasted. They carry strudels, pies, Biscotti and try the Gelato. Though I am a chocolate fiend , I fell in love with the fruited Biscotti , that's how good it was. All their baked goods are home made and magnificent.

If you want to impress a date bring her here. If you just want to have a memorable meal or dessert come here. This is a must go to place for the best foods and baked goods and the deepest richest coffees you could possibly dream of. The incredible surroundings are just another plus.

Well, I'm still not getting your publication notices but I decided to check in anyway. Good thing that I did. I guess this AC glitch is forever. Great work though. Sorry I didn't make it by before.
