Sarah Palin Following God's Calling?

John Mario
Sarah Palin recently claimed that she is following God's calling. Maybe she should read the New Testament again to determine what exactly is God's calling in her political aspirations.

Is it God's calling to distort the truth to the point of non-recognition when talking about her opponents?

Is it God's calling to criticize a President for reaching a Nuclear Arms Reduction Treaty with Russia while praising Reagan for doing the exact same thing?

Is it God's calling to criticize a President for trying peaceful means of pressuring Iran to conform to the UN's demands?

Is it God's calling for Sarah Palin to judge the gay people?

Is it God's calling to start a potential global war via an attack on Iran based on nothing more than suspicion that Iran may be enriching nuclear material to weapon grade; thereby killing potentially hundreds of millions of people? Is it God's calling that we should judge other nations as evil?

Is it God's calling to wage war on the poor via the following premature judgments:

1) Sarah Palin has never met the unemployed, does not know how many job applications the unemployed filled out, does not know how many interviews the unemployed attended, does not know what training the unemployed received, does not know if the unemployed received any offers and yet she make a premature unjustified accusation of laziness against all who have been unemployed for over a year. Is that God's calling?

2) Sarah Palin does not know the vast majority of people on entitlement programs, has never met them, has never reviewed their medical records, has never talked to their doctors, has never launched a nationwide investigation to determine if they are milking the government and yet she calls them lazy and accuses them of milking the system. Is that God's calling?

3) Sarah Palin does not know the vast majority of those working low paying jobs, has never met them, does not know their employment history, does not know their limitations, does not know if they are working three jobs to make ends meet and yet she claims they do not count because they did not have to pay Federal income taxes. Is that God's calling?

4) Is it Gods calling for Sarah Palin to make all the above false judgments against the poor while allowing billions of dollars to help the poor overseas?

Finally we reach the answer: Gods calling for Sarah Palin is overseas. Bye, Sarah!

As a Christian, it saddens me to hear people like Sarah Palin cite God and Jesus as motivations for her perverted agenda. It makes the majority of us (Christians) who are NOT lunatics look as though we are.

She is really someone who needs to step back and take a look at herself! Great read. Thanks.
