Sarah Palin to Be on Oprah Winfrey Show

In a Surprising Move, Sarah Palin Has Agreed to an Interview with Oprah Winfrey

Ryan Christopher DeVault
"Sarah Palin on the Oprah Winfrey Show." Those are words that are quite unexpected. Sarah Palin and Oprah Winfrey will share the stage during one of Oprah's shows In November. It's surprising that Sarah Palin would agree to do an interview with Oprah Winfrey because of Oprah's often vocal support of President Obama. Sarah Palin had originally declined an invite to be on the show, but now is going to appear on the November 16th episode of Oprah Winfrey's show. It reeks of being staged for publicity purposes, but it is sure to draw a lot of viewers interested in seeing how it goes.

Oprah Winfrey had invited Sarah Palin to be on her show during the presidential campaign, but Palin had declined because Winfrey had been very supportive of President Obama at the time. Maybe she thought that she would be put on the spot, or maybe she felt that she wouldn't be given a fair chance at receiving equal treatment, but whatever the case was, she turned down Oprah. Now she has changed her mind, and will be taking the couch that so many people before her have taken to promote things, and everyone is going to be watching to see what she has to say next.

So what is the real reason that Sarah Palin wants to appear on Oprah Winfrey's show during a sweeps month? Is it that she wants to promote her new book? That she is going to be going on a book tour with a stop at Harpo Productions? Or is there something else that she wants to announce to Oprah and the world on this stage? It's also possible that she just wants to put herself back in the public eye to answer questions about why she has stepped away from politics for a while, and possibly address what her plans for the future might be. Either way, she is going to draw viewers from both sides of the aisle interested in her next statement.

This won't be the first time that an interview by Oprah Winfrey has grabbed the attention of the nation. A prior interview with Tom Cruise has altered how many people look at him, and other hard-hitting interviews have marked the time that Oprah has been on the air. Not many of her fans can forget how she promoted an author only to find out that he had manufactured a majority of the story he had claimed to be true. Oprah's show has seen a dip in ratings recently, and this certainly could turn into a ratings spectacle that gets people talking about her show again.

Gloria Uribe, You are probably a racist who is still very bitter over the election. Palin stated that Oprah, not "Oprey", was gracious and respectful during the interview. You should read what your hero Palin said about Oprah before making ignorant comments. I'm not a big fan of Oprah, but she doesn't deserve such attacks from folks like you. You are nothing but inbred white trailer park trash, and you are probably having sex with your biological father. You feed off of hate everyday of your life! There is no way you could ever be objective about anything. There will be a special place in hell waiting for you.

I DISAGREE WITH THE WORLD ABOUT SARAH PALIN. SHE IS VERY EDUCATED AND RESPECTFUL MORE THAN OPREY COULD EVER BE OR ANY OTHER JERK WITH TALK SHOWS. THE WORLD ALL AGREE AND DISAGREE WITH ALL THEY HEAR THE MEDIA SAY. PEOPLE SHOULD INVESTIGATE FOR THEMSELVES BEFORE THEY AGREE WITH OPRAY IS INTO THE NEW AGE JUNK AND MANY STARS ARE TOO. THEY THINK THEY KNOW IT ALL. OPRAY SHOULD USE ALL HER MONEY TO GET HELP FOR HER THINKING. AND USE HER MONEY TO BUILD JOBS HERE IN THE STATES SO PEOPLE WON%27T STARVE BY CHOOSING HER CHOICE FOR PRESIDENT. THINGS ARE NOT BETTER THEY ARE WORSE. SO IF SHE THINKS SHE IS A GOD THEN WHY DOESN%27T SHE HELP THE POOR AND DON%27T HAVE TO TELL THE WHOLE WORLD WHAT SHE DOES. I THINK IT IS TIME TO STAND UP AND SAY WHAT YOU FEEL AND YOU DON%27T HAVE TO HAVE THE SAME THOUGHT AS EVERYONE. IF OPRAY THINKS SHE IS SO PERFECT THEN WHY DOESN%27T SHE USE ALL HER BUCKS TO HELP THE USA COMMUNITY TO GET MORE JOBS OUT THERE.%2C SHE SHOULDN%27T JUDGE ANYONE JUST BECAUSE SHE HATE

Sarah Palin's an attention-mongering hypocrite. Don't say that! You can't say this! She tells the media not to make stuff up then does so herself (death panels). Hopefully, Oprah will make her look worse than she made herself look in the Katie Couric interview. All she has to do is ask simple questions that Palin can't answer, like, "What do you read?"
