Satori Movement Clothing: One Step Closer to Fulfillment

M. Maiero
Consider this the fashion paradox that so many young men like me are striving to transcend: dress simply, yet uniquely, without standing out as too simple or too unique. That is to say, in this age of fashionable clothing being pushed everywhere (read: Euro-trash clothing on the racks of stores like JC Penny) it can be often impossible to find and/or purchase clothing that allows itself to be truly expressive.

And that's why I'm here writing about Satori Movement clothing. Despite Satori Movement being a simple skateboard hardware manufacturer, the company has come to a unique realization (of course, satori loosely translated means realization): that clothing itself needs to be simple, artistic, and utilitarian.

With Satori Movement clothing coming in basic, earth-tone colors, professionally screen-printed (or embroidered), and constructed of hemp or cotton, it is obvious that this company knows what it's doing!

Currently, Satori Movement features numerous clothing items that are readily available-each of which deserve its own mention.

Firstly, Satori Movement has some of the most kick-ass t-shirts ever printed. What's so special about them? I already mentioned that they were hemp, of course, but it's also worth mentioning that they're extremely comfortable. And it's much easier to be comfortable in a t-shirt that has a cool design too! Many of the Satori Movement shirts feature artful designs with ambiguous pictures: one is a sacred elephant, fully decked out in Indian garb; another is a 'video man,' illuminated in his own pixels; another is a hindu pipe, with smoke stretching out across the front of the shirt; and, of course, it is worth mentioning the crests that adorn the logo shirts, which are each cool in their own unique ways. Of course, these shirts are available in a range of colors and also in long-sleeve.

Secondly, the Satori Movement sweatshirts are also very excellent. They come in basic hoody-style, and zip hoody-style. While some of these sweatshirts feature the same artwork as t-shirts, some are simply plain-letting the cool colors work their own magic.
Sweatpants are also available!

Which leads to the third mentionable, the pants. Satori Movement clothing has some definitely unique pants, including cords, cargo pants, and even jeans (all of which contain hemp, of course).

And there is Satori Movement clothing for women as well, including (but not limited to) skirts and exclusive t-shirt designs and colors.

There are also some of the best hats on the market, made by Satori Movement. Aside from beanies, the company has produced some quirky and stylish operators caps, which resemble the old hats Bob Marley used to wear. There are also trucker caps, tasseled beanies, and even some classy trek caps that would work out perfectly on a hot day.

But what really steals the pie are Satori Movement's accessories! There are hemp belts (produced in a variety of colors), hemp stash pouches, and even hemp socks, with one pair featuring some cool rasta colors. On top of that, there are some great hemp boxers.

That means you could dress from head to toe in hemp! You could be the hippies' pride!

Satori Movement has definitely come to a realization: dressing comfortably doesn't mean there's no room for some unique artwork. That is, people shouldn't have to roll off the couch just to walk around in ugly old cotton garb. No, there is an aesthetic available that can transcend that fashion paradox, without having to compensate for overpriced Euro-trash!
