Ingredients

Serves 6
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups mushrooms - sliced
4 garlic cloves - minced
1 cup sweet onion - diced
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1/4 cup White wine - Dry
to taste sea salt
4 tbsp olive oil

Sautee Broccoli, Cauliflower, Mushrooms, Onion and Garlic Over Medium Heat
Sautee the broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onion and garlic with the olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Cook about 4 - 5 minutes until the vegetables are firm but becoming tender.

Add White Wine, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper
Add the white wine and seasoning, cook while constantly stirring until the liquid has just about evaporated

Remove From Heat and Serve
Serve as a vegetable side with potato or rice.
