Savannah Harper of AR Dies in MO After Head on Collision with Semi

February 9, 2010 - At 7:55 am, Savannah L. Harper, 19, of Mammoth Springs Arkansas was traveling Northboundon US 63 just 4 miles South of West Plains when she lost control of her 1993 Ford Escort and entered the path of James E. Miller, driver of the 2009 Sterling Conventional 18 Wheeler.

Harper, although wearing her seatbelt, didn't stand a chance in the tiny Escort she was driving when faced with the size of the big rig. She died immediately.

James E. Miller, 42, of Memphis, Tennessee was the driver of the truck. He sustained no injuries.

    I do not appriciate the wording either, savannah was my best friend and for me or her family or anyone her knew her to read that is just horrible, you should be ashamed of yourself for writing that crap!!!!!!!!!!!!
