Get 4 Days of Skiing and Snowboarding for Only $199

G. Kunkel
On December 13, 2010 Steamboat Ski Resort and Winter Park Resort introduced the joint 4by40 Pass, which gives two days of skiing and snowboarding at both ski resorts for $199. That's four days on the ski slopes for only $50/day. The regular season ski lift ticket window rate for both ski resorts is $95/day.

The discount ski pass must be purchased online and is available in limited quantities. Additionally, the 4by40 Pass must be purchased by 12/31/10. Blackout days are 12/27/10 through 12/31/10. The 4by40 Pass is non-transferable but can be given as a gift card to your favorite skier or snowboarder. Just in time for the holidays!

There is no limit to the number of money saving 4by40 passes that can be purchased. The 4by40 ski lift pass is a picture pass so everyone needs his or her own pass. The pass must also be purchased at least 48 hours in advance before its first use.

Besides saving money on lift tickets at Steamboat Ski Resort and Winter Park Resort, ski vacationers can also save money on ski lodging with the new 4by40 Lodging Pass. Ski vacationers can pre-purchase their ski accommodations and get one night in a studio unit at Winter Park Resort and one night in a studio unit at Steamboat Ski Resort for only $249.

The 4by40 Ski Lodging Pass is only valid for Fraser Crossing & Founders Pointe at Winter Park and The Steamboat Grand at Steamboat Ski Resort. Blackout days are 12/27/10 through 12/31/10.

Once the 4by40 Lodging Pass is purchased, ski vacationers can book their Winter Park Resort ski lodgings by calling 866-239-3990. Steamboat Grand ski lodgings can be booked by calling 877-306-2628.

The discount 4by40 Ski Pass can be purchased by itself or together with the 4by40 Ski Lodging Pass. The 4by40 Lodging Pass cannot be purchased alone. It must be bought with the 4by40 Pass.

Like all lift ticket deals, several restrictions do apply. The 4by40 Ski Pass has minimal restrictions that most people can work around. For more information or to have questions answered, call 800-729-5832. Apply for the money saving 4by40 Ski Pass online at http://skicolorado.com/4by40.aspx
