Save Our Glorious Planet
The earth is in need of some loving tender care
It needs to be nurtured not forgotten
We can help by remembering its needs
We need to do everything we can to ensure it's survival
And our own
Turn lights off when not needed
Recycle bottles and cardboard boxes properly
Put all waste in a green bin
Don't Litter
If you see litter, pick it up
These are just a few ways to help care for our earth
Think of all the reasons to help
All the glorious mountains
The beautiful trees in all it's glory
All the dazzling parks where children play
The fantastic blue sky above us
The flowers and grass around us that is indescribable
Please help to save the Earth
in all it's splendor

I don't think my first comment went through, so I'm going to post again. When I read your poem it reminded me that I have a hiking trip this weekend, and how lovely it will be to spend time outside in mother nature.
