Affiliate Networks
Affiliate Networks are networks that you join and earn commissions from every sale you make. Traditionally, someone joins the network to find merchants and sell their stuff to others. It's a business opportunity for most people. But, you don't have to work it that way.
You can join the networks and find merchants that you like. You shop every month anyway. You need groceries. You need hygiene items. When you need clothes or jewelry or books or office supplies, you can buy them from yourself.
Benefits
In your email will come all the special offers that you are looking for throughout the month. Often times, the alerts that you set will come right on time. Everything you would normally need throughout the month is available through one merchant or another, trademark laws keep me from mentioning those merchants here. But if you go shopping around town and you have several conglomerates where you shop in your area, they most likely have a website where you can join their affiliate program.
Not only do you get notified of discounts and special offers, but buying through yourself means that you make commissions from your own sales. When you purchase a product, you get credit. Those credits start to add up throughout the month. Then the following month, you'll get a check or a direct deposit, whichever you set up in your account. Now, nothing can beat that!
How it Works
When you join and Affiliate Network, you search for the merchants that you like. Name brand items and huge shopping chains across the world all have affiliate programs for the most part. There are only a few that don't and that is changing day by day.
Once you have your merchants chosen, you apply for their affiliate program and get approved. Some are set up with automatic approval and some approve every applicant manually. But once you have been approved by a merchant, you can then build links. Most Affiliate Networks handle the link building for you. So, get your links and start buying from yourself.
Instead of going straight to the website of your favorite merchant, use your link and get credit. Do all of your normal shopping through yourself so that all your money is coming back through you. If you need hygiene items, look for one of your merchants and buy those items through yourself. Start disciplining your spending so that every dime you have budgeted for food, daily items, weekly items and monthly items is used through your merchants through your specific affiliate URL. That way, you maximize your profit.
After a month, you'll start getting a check every month and it can really add up fast. So you are not only saving money and stretching your dollars far, you are getting paid back for every dime you spend. Guestimating that you spend about $700 a month and make about $150 in return, you can start to see how it adds up and gives some real value back to every purchase you make.
Take a moment to look through your budget and go back a few months to see where your money went. Then, itemize all the spending that you do regularly. Now, take a look at all the places where you shop regularly and look up those merchants on the internet. Find their affiliate program and join. If you have done just that, you can see the potential. Take a notice to the percentages you are awarded for your purchases and do some calculations. That's when it really hits home.
So instead of just going through life as usual, make some changes that will really count. You'll love how much money you save every time you shop. But, you'll really love when money is returned to you every month once you get this thing up and running.
