Say No to US Airways - U.S. airways is by far the worst airline I have been in. I guess after the great experience I had in Jet blue I definitely was expecting more, but it was a complete let down. For starters I had a connecting flight which was out of my reach to avoid this. I arrived at the airport very early since I had extra luggage to check in. I knew I had to pay extra with the new airline increases. There was already a huge line to begin with and I waited. It was almost time to board I had 2 laptops and 1 DVD player I had to take that out of my luggage in order to get it scanned of course they require you to take of your shoes etc. All this delayed me from getting onto my flight at a prompt and timely manner.

When I finally reached my gate the flight was boarding they were apparently waiting for me to arrive since they saw my luggage was already checked in. After being yelled at by the flight attendants I found myself running down the corridor. Never arrive late because they will tell you that there is absolutely no space in the plane for your luggage which they did and told me I had to check my bag. They told me to take a seat in the nearest exit. I now found myself apologizing to two passengers since they stared at me and hearing the flight attendants voice in my head repeatedly saying if I realized that I just caused everyone in this flight to wait for me and now they are delayed cause of me. I was so upset and angry all at the same time. Now I understand that this may happen in another airline if you are late regardless if its out of your control but indeed I am right that it's the worst airline I have been in when it was time to watch the movie the televisions were not in tuned they kept on flickering through out the whole movie and would turn black and white.

The flight attendants would pass around back and forth gossiping and speaking to passengers one of them was leaning against my seat talking away while I was trying to rest since I didn't sleep so I would be at the airport super early. She kept waking me up. Until I looked at her and then she removed herself from where she was. I felt like yelling at them! But then the scene of the movie with Adam Sandler Anger Management popped into my head when he yells at the flight attendant and gets tagged by a us Marshall this is why I contained my self. Jet blue provided me my own television with cable I didn't have to be uncomfortable in the seats that do not recline like us airways. I've been in delta, Continental Airlines, AA, Spirit Airlines and Jet Blue. Jet Blue is by far the best airline experience I've ever had; Lets not talk about the connecting flight; even worse. The air vents were filthy with dust particles causing me to sneeze every once in a while the man across from me snored loudly and the baby cried away in the small, cramped jet. The seats looked like they divided a car seat in half. And split it between two people. I had the sniffles on that jet and the girl next to me must have thought I was crying.

Afterwords I went to baggage claim one of the luggage was broken. Same thing happened to someone I know that used US airways they not only lost their luggage but also proceeded to take the same airline a second time and this time there luggage was broken as well. Just don't deal with this airline I feel like I'd rather drive if it's anywhere in the US to avoid security hassles and flight attendants rudeness, uncomfortable seats and 1950s televisions. But if you must go take an airplane please say no to US airways and proceed in booking elsewhere!

    Wow, you right after this experience i think i rather drive anywhere, i never boarded a plane im a driving fellow but i thought it was better than the bus, i think it's better to drive, i mean you are paying so much money to fly so they should give good customer service.good write.peace.
