Scandalous Anna Nicole Smith Photos Released
This latest rumor adds even more fuel to the fire surrounding Smith's death and the controversy surrounding the sudden death of her son Daniel and the disputed paternity of her infant daughter. Anna Nicole's five month old daughter, Dannielynn, has been in the Bahamas being cared for by the mother of Shane Gibson. Over the weekend Anna Nicole Smith's partner and lawyer Howard K Stern returned to the mansion and is staying there with Dannielynn.
Stern is listed on a birth certificate as Dannielynn's father. But two other men have challenged the claim. Photographer and ex boyfriend Larry Birkhead and husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor, Prince Frederick von Anhalt have both announced their potential paternity ties. Smith's half-sister Donna Hogan has also alleged that frozen sperm from Smith's late husband J Howard Marshall II is a possibility for Dannielynn's conception.
Many in the Bahamas have accused Gibson of giving special treatment to Anna Nicole to award her residency there. The residency application was based on Smith's ownership claim of a waterfront mansion. However G Ben Thompson, a South Carolina developer and former boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith's has disputed claims that he gave her the house and is attempting to reclaim the property. On Saturday Stern reentered the Bahaman mansion after changing the locks put in place by Thompson. Stern also filed a robbery report over computer equipment, photographs, and other personal effects he claims was taken from the home.
So far Gibson has declined comment on both Smith's death and the scandalous photographs. However, he did respond to critics that the reason for Anna Nicole Smith's hasty residence permit was due to his ministry's efficiency.
The investigation remains open on the death of Anna Nicole Smith. While the preliminary autopsy shown little evidence as to the cause of death, with each new twist to the story coming out speculations about her sudden death are spreading. Smith's body is being held in Florida until a cause of death is determined. A California judge ruled Smith's body must be preserved until at least February 20, when a hearing will be held to resolve a paternity dispute over Dannielynn.

first of all..they need to figure out who the father is...otherwise POOR dannilynn may grow up w/o a father...thats why they cant leave it alone..

She was a character. Never one to shy away from publicity. Never met an implant she didn't like. Always made Paula Abdul seem sober by comparison. Life will be duller without her. RIP Nichole.

I am so sad that all this is happening to Anna Nicole after her death. You think people would leave Howard and little Dannielynn alone, but NO no one wants to leave them alone. I think that is so wrong that people took those pictures of Anna Nicole and Shane Gibson and say Anna was having a affair and it was all Shane's fault when Howard actually took the pictures. I really hope the police or Howard find out who took all of memories of Anna Nicole and Daniel. Now Dannielynn has no memories left of her mother. Just like Howard said "The People that took Dannielynns stuff are wrong they are not just taking memories away, they are taking Dannielynns stuff away, like the paintings. I hope who ever put the Anna and Shane picture in the paper get arrested and hope that the people that took Dannielynns stuff is also arrested.
