Scar Tissue Patches on Your Skin

If you have scar tissue patches on your skin, then you should immediately being working on these areas by massaging them. First, let's examine why scars formed in the first place.

When an accident, injury or illness leaves your body with torn tissue, holes (even if they are small holes) appear in the solid tissue which existed before. In order to maintain the integrity of your previous physical strength and appearance, your body must quickly fill these holes and it does so with scar tissue.

Now, when your body creates scar tissue to satisfy a temporary physical need, the understanding is that this tissue will be replaced by normal tissue in less than three months. However, normal tissue requires a great deal of energy and resources in order to grow. If your body is lacking in these resources, the temporary tissue will remain -- .even for years.

The energy and materials in question come from a variety of sources: sunshine, sleep, exercise, raw foods, organic meat, positive thoughts, and daily massage. It does not matter if you are also a junk food eater or an alcoholic. If you have the above resources, then your body will easily and quickly heal itself. The goal is not to eliminate bad habits. The goal is to add good habits to your current practices.

Cells require both building materials and labor in order to reproduce effectively and correctly mend scar tissue into permanent normal tissue. This is similar to a house being built. In order to build your new house, you must have both parts and labor. So do cells, and they need these things on a pretty regular basis. Think about how much food and drink you consume every day, how often you visit the restroom, how much energy your burn in your daily activities, and how healthy you would like to appear. All of these things require active participation of your cells and these cells must be properly fed and watered, so to speak. Cell regeneration during sleep and when using the Vitamin D from sunshine, so remember to incorporate these things into your daily schedule, as well. You can continue your unhealthy smoking, drinking and even a certain amount of drug abuse. Simply ADD ON the proper materials and energy sources, and your body will mend itself.
