Headless Horseman Haunted Attractions
Located in Ulster Park, New York, this group of haunted attractions consists of a mile-long hayride, a labyrinth-style corn maze and 3 haunted houses. These haunted attractions are not recommended for children under 8 and children 5 and under will not be admitted. You can purchase tickets for any of the 5 haunted events online as well as make reservations. The attractions open on September 16th and will close at the end of the day on October 31st. The events will be in operation primarily on weekends, but will be open some weeknights. Hayrides begin at 7 pm. Blood Manor
Located in New York City, this premier attraction is one of the scariest there is, and opens on October 2, 2009 and runs through November 6th and 7th. Blood Manor is comprised of 5,000 square feet of themed rooms, corridors and passageways, which were all created to evoke extreme fear in its "victims" and is not recommended for children under 14. There are emergency exits available if the event is too frightening yet no refunds will given. Tickets can be purchased online, and there are discounts for groups of 20 or more. The cost is $25 plus shipping if purchased online or $30 at the door. The hours for the Blood Manor are: Sunday - Thursday from 7:30 pm - 12 midnight and Friday and Saturday from 7:30 pm to 2 am. On Tuesday, October 27th, Wednesday October 28th and Thursday October 29th,hours will be from 7:30 pm - 1 am.
House of Horrors & Haunted Catacombs
Located Cheektowaga, New York, just outside Buffalo, this haunted attraction opens on September 25, 2009 and runs through November 1st. With many upgrades and improvements, the House of Horrors and the Haunted Catacombs are bigger, scarier and longer than ever before. Doors open at 6pm and close at 10 pm on some weeknights and 12 midnight or 1am on weekends. Tickets can be purchased online at houseofhorrors.com for $20, which includes 3 scary attractions, including House of Horrors, Haunted Catacombs as well as the all new Psycho Therapy Extreme. $3 discount coupons are available at: Burger King, Pizza Hut, FYE, Blockbuster Video, Delta Sonic, Subway, Fantastic Sams,Tanning Bed, AJ's Grand Prix, Mr. Food No-Fuss Meals, McKinley Mall, and Majestic Pools Locations. The House of Horrors and Haunted Catacombs offer many emergency exits for those too afraid to complete the adventure, but no refunds will be given. It is highly recommended that children under 10 not attend as the events are extremely scary and were created exclusively for teens and adults.
