The convenience of having cooked, diced chicken in your freezer for use in casseroles, soups, or salads is hard to beat.

I have used it to make chicken salad sandwiches, chicken cacciatore, and chicken pie, all of which were delicious. The meat is fresh, tender, and tasty. Being able to easily measure out the quantity needed is very helpful. The pieces are individually frozen, apparently, to make pouring out the desired amount, resealing the bag and putting the unused portion back in the freezer a breeze!
