Science GED Sample Tests
The GED has five subsections: Science, Social Studies, Math, Language Arts Reading and Language Arts Writing. Each section is structured differently, some with multiple choice questions and others with essays. The science section, like the others, must be passed with a score of 410 or higher, and the total score for passing the GED must be a 2250.

The tests offered by the American Council on Education andMcGraw Hill are 100 percent free, but there are more study options than free printable GED tests. keep in mind that there are free study prep materials for the GED at your local library. Most bookstores also stock GED prep books that cost $25 or less.
If you're not enrolled in a GED prep course, call a local community college and ask about courses - most community colleges off free, government-subsidized programs to help you launch your education, and some, like Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester, Massachusetts, even provide free tuition for your first semester of college.
