They may be right! considering the word "scifi" has been around since the late 1940's regarding the nuclear explosions of world war II and the alleged alien incident at "Roswell, New Mexico?". This genre of their NEW Syfy adventures and logo/slogan called "Imagine Greater?" also includes their new T.V. series called Warehouse 13, (released also on July 07, 2009) seems to be a spin-off of the 1980's T.V. series called "Friday the 13th?" Whereas, the characters spend the entire episode(s) recovering stolen historical artifacts that seem to cause "evil and destructive" problems all over the earth.
Apparently, these two young male and female sexy secret service agents must recover all of these stolen artifacts and place them in this safe gigantic American South Dakota warehouse known as "Warehouse 13, or the "earth will be destroyed!" The beginning pilot was absolutely excellent! Using special FX's and comedy at the same time, the same as "Eureka", (unfortunately the comedy seemed to be left out of the original hit series called Friday the 13th back in the late 1980's). However, the new Syfy writers have created a remarkable concept and modern 21st century style of mixing "comedy and science fiction together!" unlike the original dramatic Friday the 13th episodes which also used "sexy T.V. characters".
These (2) two hit modern day Syfy shows called "Eureka and Warehouse 13" will be probably known as 2 of their best shows originally created by the "Scifi channel", which most Internet people have stated that they are using "Indiana Jones and the true honesty of Sheriff Andy Taylor and or Andy Griffith" in these hit T.V series played each week, which seem to have both similarities special effects and the "true comedy and entertainment" that modern T.V. viewers are searching for in their daily lives, especially the Hit T.V. show called "Monk!" just simply relaxing and enjoying the pleasure of watching modern television.
Creative genius, Dave Howe, president of the Sci Fi Channel has recently stated that "it's time for a change for it's lifelong viewers?" Ironically, Dave has stated in certain interviews that we need more female viewers for our T.V. channel and that the NEW name called "Syfy" seems to be easier for text messaging for cell phones and the name is more pleasant for female viewers? Non-science fiction female viewers that love daily "soap operas" do NOT care about watching the Scifi channel and it's apparently time for a change to increase our ratings.
