Scooter Review: X-Treme XG-470 Gas Scooter
Engine
The X-Treme XG-470 gas scooter is equipped with a 49cc 2-stroke engine and an automatic transmission. The engine is capable of powering the scooter up to 30 miles per hour. However, this largely depends on your weight and terrain.
Charger
This scooter has a dual charging system for the battery. The engine has a charging system that will automatically charge the battery while you're riding. However, you can also use an external charger to provide more power to the battery. The external charger provided to you will automatically shut off once it detects that the battery is fully charged.
Lighting
The X-Treme XG-470 gas scooter needs a battery to power its full lighting system. It has a headlight, taillight, and hazard lights. This scooter even has all the necessary instruments and a horn.
Seat
You can stand up as you ride the X-Treme XG-470. However, there's also a seat kit included so that you can sit down as you ride. You can easily adjust the height of the seat to suit your tastes. The maximum recommended user weight for this model is 300 pounds.
Accessories
The X-Treme XG-470 gas scooter is packaged with a tool kit. This kit is compatible with the nuts and bolts so you can fix minor problems easily. You are also provided with a rear trunk box. However, like the seat kit, you don't have to install the trunk box if you don't want to.
If you want a more economical way around town, then look no further than the X-Treme XG-470. This gas-powered scooter can get up to 20 miles per tank and go 30 mph depending on your weight and terrain your ride on. It also has a full lighting system complete with taillights, headlights, and hazard lights. You can install the included seat kit too if you want to sit down as you ride.
