The 2010 NFL combine results highlighted several would-be pro football players looking to improve upon their draft prospects. Taylor Mays, a defensive back from the University of Southern California, clocked a scorching 4.24-second 40-yard run, which was later amended to 4.43 second. Watch Mays' 40-yard run in this video from the NFL Network.

Mays wasn't the only player logging ridiculously fast 40-yard times at the 2010 NFL Combine. This video, again from the NFL Network, highlights the top fastest wide receivers, which was a group led by Jacoby Ford out of Clemson, who logged a 4.27-second time.

Rounding out this year's speedsters at the 2010 NFL Combine were the running backs. California's Javhid Best, according to a video from NFL Network, posted the fastest 40-yard run at 4.37 seconds.
