Sidney Prescott
Neve Campbell returns to the big screen to play Sidney Prescott once more. Now a self-help author, Sidney returns home after her book tour and reconnects with Dewey and Gale Weathers.
Gale Weathers Riley
Courtney Cox reprises as the reporter fans either loved or hated in the Scream trilogy. According to Entertainment Weekly, Gale has been married to Dewey for over ten years and longs to get back into journalism. She is restless from trading in her career for married life.
Sheriff Dewey Riley
David Arquette has been making headlines for his recent separation from wife Courtney Cox instead of his acting. It has been a whole decade since viewers have seen Deputy Dewey and Gale Weathers together. It will be interesting to see what their relationship has become.
Jill Kessler
Emma Roberts plays Sidney's cousin Jill. Sidney's reappearance initiates a new round of Ghostface killings at Jill's high school.
Trevor Sheldon
Played by Nico Tortorella, Trevor is Jill's love interest. He is credited as one of the main characters in Scream 4.
Kirby Reed
Hayden Panettiere stars as one of Jill's friends. In an interview with MTV, Hayden said that she could not reveal too much about her character. She just hinted that Kirby is "edgy" and "smart."
Charlie Walker
Rory Culkin is best known for his amazing acting skills in indie films like Mean Creek and The Chumscrubber. He plays Jill's friend Charlie Walker in Scream 4.
Detective Hoss and Deputy Perkins
Played by Adam Brody and Anthony Anderson, respectively, both work alongside Dewey. Anderson is sure to bring some comedic relief from Scream 4's scary scenes. You probably know Adam Brody for his role as Seth Cohen on FOX's The O.C.
