A room full of people;
Yet cast out alone.
There is nothing more singular
then to be ignored like a stone.
Yet cast out alone.
There is nothing more singular
then to be ignored like a stone.
Surrounded yet empty,
Laughter hides the tears.
Self-Esteem becomes imaginary,
Controlled by the simplistic fears.
Casting out that line and
Hoping for a nibble;
Yet it all comes back
To a paper with a scribble.
Lacking the motivation
to try anything more.
To me life has become
Such a long bore.
I await excitement
To process back in.
So I can love life
Like it once had been.
