Sea salt. Many people use sea salt as an alternative to table salt. They use it in cooking or as an addition to prepared foods. It is low in sodium compared to table salt. Sea salt has its many benefits to the human body. But, did you know that it has many benefits for your skin? Yes it does.

Here is a simple recipe to use to help improve your skin. Your skin will be more smooth and cuts and abrasions will heal much faster too.
All you will need is a half a cup of sea salt. And, if you like some lavender or rose petals. Fill up your bathtub with warm water and add the sea salt and petals. You can use lavender oil if you like instead. Sit in the tub about twenty minutes. If you like you can shower after wards. If you suffer from dry itchy skin this sea salt bath will help you. Your skin will be more soft and any cits or abrasions will heal faster as a result of the sea salt bath. Limit sea salt baths to once a week. And, don't participate in any strenuous activities for at least twelve hours after your sea salt bath.

Those of us who do energy work are well aware of the benefits of sea salt in relation to the energy force of the human body.
When you take a sea salt bath you are ridding yourself of any negative energy attachments to your body. It is believed, if you take a swim in the ocean without any clothing on it is called a energy cleansing. Its the same concept when you take a sea salt bath.

Do you remember how you felt after you have been swimming in the ocean after twenty minutes? A little tired and drained right. Well, a sea salt bath is the same thing. Your body needs some time to energize itself. And, when it does, your energy field will be much more stronger.

So, the bottom line. Sea salt: It's a great table salt alternative, great for your skin and a great energy cleanser for your soul.

As always, speak to your doctor before taking a sea salt bath if you are on any medications.
