Sean Kingston's Rape Accusation in Seattle

Stephanie Espiritu
Singer, Sean Kingston was accused of the sexual assault of a woman at the "Crowne Plaza Hotel" in Seattle on Sunday night. However, police do not believe the woman's claim.

Kingston was attending a party inside one of the guest rooms on Sunday where the alleged sexual assault took place.

Hotel witnesses saw two women arriving armed with vodka and beer bottles in their hand and appeared to be highly intoxicated.

Law enforcement tells TMZ that one of the women claimed Sean Kingston had sex with her, and, as one source says, "She was very aggressive." Kingston then left the party and went into another room located on the same floor.

After Sean Kingston's departure, witnesses stated that the woman went on to have sex with two other men attending the party.

Both women were transported to a Seattle hospital where rape kits were performed and they were tested for the drug Rufinol. At this time the test results have not been given.

Regardless of the women's claims, law enforcement stated they aren't credible and therefore will not need an interview with Kingston.

Sean Kingston started his music career in 2007 when he was discovered on MySpace and signed to the label "Beluga" in a partnership deal with "Sony."

Kingston's single "Beautiful Girls" was released in 2007 and went to number 1 on "US Billboard Hot 100" where it stayed for 3 weeks. In addition, singles "Me Love" and "Eenie Meenie" are highly popular with every age group.

Sean Kingston's current album features stars such as T-Pain, Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, and Justin Bieber, who he is presently touring with.

Kingston has been nominated for an "Image Award in 2008," "MOBO Award for 2007, Best Reggae Act," and nominated and won a "Teen Choice Award" for his single "Fire Burning" in 2009.

When he isn't on tour or in the studio Sean Kingston has made television appearances on "My Super Sweet 16" and "Yo Gabba Gabba."

Although Kingston has been faced with sexual assault allegations there is no slowing him down. He will continue to perform tonight with Justin Bieber at the "Rose Garden" in Portland, OR.
