Seaport Flowers gets new location
Neighborhood: Brooklyn Heights
Brooklyn, NY 11201
United States of America
If you live in the Brooklyn Heights area, chances are you know Seaport Flowers. It's been a staple of the neighborhood for years. However, if you've recently taken a stroll down Hicks Street and noticed that the flower shop is gone, you may have gotten the shock of your life.

Don't worry! Seaport Flowers isn't gone, it just moved. The grand opening of their new location at 309 Henry St.(between State and Atlantic) is set for Sept. 8. Their contact information and inventory will remain the same.

If you aren't familiar with this local gem, Seaport Flowers has been a favorite among savvy Brooklynites that know a thing or two about low-key, sweet floral arrangements for just about any occasion. The Seaport team can design arrangements for anything from weddings to simple dinner parties.

Seaport Flowers uses a unique array of texture within its designs, which are influenced by both European and Asian trends. It is no surprise to see grasses, berries, ferns, evergreens, leaves and branches mixed in with the blooms. The store has daily imports from France, New Zealand, South Africa and Holland.

Centerpieces and bouquets range from $150 to $175, though the store is willing to work with various budgets.
