Search for AC Content Ideas

In the course of my internet research, I've found a simple way to ensure your article receives many hits from major search engines like Google. This strategy will result in easy page views for your Associated Content articles. This trick is also a great way to come up with content ideas!

Have you ever been looking for something on Google and found the results didn't match your entire search term? This is probably because there are no pages on the internet which match perfectly with the search terms. You probably aren't the first person to look up that search term, and you won't be the last. Since there is no content on the internet available for those search terms, you can write an article that can fill the demand! If you write a good article with proper search engine optimization, your article page can become first result on the Google search page. This will translate into hundreds or thousands of hits driven to your article by web search.

Here is how search engine rankings are determined. Associated Content is visited by search engine "spiders" very frequently, sometimes every day. Spiders are automated web reviewers that record the content of each page they visit. Search engine spiders record likely keywords for each page and value pages according to the location of words in the article and the density of keywords. Search engine optimization (SEO) keywording attempts to place words in the article that attract the attention of spiders. Keyword(s) should make up 2-6% of the total words in the article. Any more than that, and the spider may think it is spam. Also, the keyword(s) should appear two to three times in the first paragraph and in the title. Search engines also highly value the oldest and most-trafficked pages.

In the average week, you probably search on Google dozens of times. The next time your search returns few good hits, make a note of the wording of your search term. You will develop your article around those words. Write an AC quality article, and be sure to place these keywords in the title and three times in the first paragraph. If your search is more than one word, be sure to place all of the keywords close together. Last, be sure to use each keyword about seven more times in a 500 word article. It is helpful to keep your article to about 500 words, because the spider will not recognize that page two (or three) as part of the same article.
