Second HYIP Players' Challenges: Invest and Monitor Our Investment

Ian Kree
Are you HYIP investor or HYIP player? Are you doing it for money or for the thrill of getting money? I am going for both - thus I learn more about HYIP. Being a player, I gamble a lot in many HYIPs, but always at a minimum cost or even no cost at all. I will be happy just to get a single cent from any HYIP. Do not get me wrong, when I say gamble, I mean I already calculated the risk and feel worth it to try it. I put least trust in the HYIPs I invested in. Most of the time I lost money - but at a minimal cost. How you can find good friends if you keep yourself at the corner, right? Once I play enough and found a reliable HYIP - the HYIP that really makes money for me, there I would upgrade myself to become investor. I would add my investment and monitor it more closely. At the same time I play in other HYIPs too. This way I will never run out of good HYIPs to invest in just in case the once-good HYIPs turn to scams (good friends turn to foes).

Our second challenge as HYIP players and investors is to invest and monitor our investment.

Second challenge is to invest and monitor our investment

I assume you already found a trustful HYIP. Now, your next challenge is to choose which investment plan you want to invest in, as most of HYIPs do offer variety of plans. Do your math wisely. Be calculative. Normally, plans that are offering better profit rate require bigger investment amount. Higher risk translates to higher returns. But this may not be necessarily true in all cases. Again, I say, do your math wisely.

What are the factors determine how much you want to invest and where you want to invest (which plan)?

How much you have and how much you are willing to invest? Do not all-out in HYIP investment - meaning: do not invest all your money in HYIP. Save something for rainy days and the draught season until when your investment matured.

Check the minimum and maximum investment amount allowed for the investment plan. If it fit you, then only you can consider that plan.

Check how long you can get back your initial investment or how long you want to be separated from your money. Let's say, "2% daily for 100 days" - meaning: you will get back your initial investment in 50 days time. After the 50th day you will be in profit. Now let's say, "120% after 24 hours" - meaning: you will get back your initial investment after 24 hours plus profit of 20%. The faster you get back your initial investment may not be the better. In most cases, the HYIP maybe incurred some loses in its trading thus cannot keep its promise to all its investors, let's say "120% after 24 hours", then it just closed down just like that without any pre-warnings. Thus in some cases HYIPs and plans that offer variable return rates are more preferable because this way the HYIP owners can set its daily profit rate while keeping some for its to run the business and for themselves. But this way you may not be able to determine how long you can get back your investment. Anyway, now we have one or some HYIPs where our money grows or deflates at variable rate everyday (depend on the HYIPs profit of that day) and we are able to take out our investment anytime. There is no maturity period for the HYIPs belong to this type.

OK, at this stage I assume you already invested you money. Then you need to monitor your investment. Now think like a pro-investor, think about ROI. It is suggested that you monitor your investments by maintaining a system - simple Excel spreadsheet can do. If you (a player) invest in many HYIPs, preferably you maintain a simple system: monitor money invested and withdrew for each HYIP. For me I downloaded my E-Gold account statements and do some pivots out of it. But if you (upgraded to an investor) seriously investing in a few HYIPs, it is better that you maintain a more detail system for each HYIP: monitor total investment, total reinvestment, current investment value and total withdrawal. You could even forecast your profit at certain compounding rate thus you may know what happen in the future if you withdraw a percentage of your current investment value now. In a word, I analyze both my E-Gold account and my HYIPs' accounts.

Monitor your investments via monitoring programs, discussion rooms and web-journal like ecommerce-journal. Pay a visit to their "Rate Us" (or "Ratings" or alike) links or pages from time to time. Be sensitive to any bad comments, bad votes or bad postings. Good HYIP shouldn't have all these. See also whether the admin is involved actively in the discussion rooms - answering all questions and comments professionally. Do not be deceived by fake comments, votes and postings.

Be sensitive to any latest development like an unexpected good offer or new plan from the admin, which might be too good to be true. That could be a pre-warning about its closure. I am telling you this out from my own experience - a HYIP I invested in came out with a great offer but sadly I ignored it and it even boosted my confidence at that HYIP. Lastly, this particular HYIP closed-down overnight just after I added my investment and also after my father invested as my referrals. I will never ignore any pre-warnings like that anymore.

Anyway, do not let all these troublesome in investing prevent you from investing and reinvesting. This is a part of the game - a game which is better than 'Solitaire' I said to my father.

Are you ready for the next challenges?
